NDR was founded in 2019 and incorporated in 2021 after a series of travels led the founding partners to an intuition. They intuited that the deepest truths about the people and the world emerge belong to those who are willing to build bridges across disciplines, and cultures.
Founding Partner Mark Nguyen is frequently curious. This level of curiosity, which places at the 95th percentile (HEXACO-PIR Test), was provided at a young age of 8, when he would create documentary-like videos.
Mark earned both his BBA, and MBA from the Schulich School of Business, where he studied marketing and consumer behaviour under the top 0.5% most cited researchers within the field. Mark is a member of ACM (Association of Computing Machinery), AMA (American Marketing Association), and ACR (Association of Consumer Research) and volunteers time to organizations improving technology adoption in underserved communities.
NDR consists of a network of independent researchers, consultants, data privacy experts, and specialists from both academia, and industry. Members of our team have served McDonalds, Starbucks, hailed research from Market Research firms Kantar, and Ipsos, as well as worked within technology companies like Meta, and Microsoft.
